Donation Management Team

SSFTX needs your assistance with donation pick-ups/drop-offs, packing, sorting, organizing, washing clothes, etc.

Volunteers will meet once a week to organize, sort, label, and pack clothing, hygiene products, toy packages, and other requested supplies for our shower project and other various activities.

Donation management team will engage in the following activities:

  • Ensure that donated items are in good and clean condition

  • Coordinate donation pickups with other community partners and members

  • Keep an updated inventory of clothing, medications, hygiene products, children’s toys, and other supplies

  • Assist in writing thank you letters to donors

  • Wash, sanitize, and fold towels and/or used clothing
