Isabel Ramos Zepeda


Isabel is a first generation immigrant femme from Indio, California. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Cultural Anthropology with a minor in Women’s Studies from the University of California Riverside in 2010.

Isabel has experience working with unaccompanied minors and served as a Shelter Manager at a transitional shelter for immigrant women and children in San Antonio, TX. Her organizing is centered around immigrant rights, environmental justice, and the decolonized healing with youth and women in Texas & California.

She currently serves as the Co-Director of Sueños Sin Fronteras de Tejas, where she focuses on the design and implementation of reproductive health and justice initiatives.
